Wood Islands Provincial Park, Prince Edward Island, Canada is a seasonal day-use park located on the Points East Coastal Drive adjacent to the Northumberland Ferry Terminal. Open from mid-June to mid-September, this open green space includes a playground, washrooms, a picnic area, an unsupervised beach, and a boat ramp. Furthermore, it is a great place to go birding, or to relax and watch the Northumberland Ferry coming and going to Nova Scotia. In addition, the nearby Wood Islands Lighthouse is a great place to explore, and offers tours and a gift shop between June and October.
