Every year there is an easy to follow schedule of events posted in advance of the Snow Days starting date.
Obviously the snow sculptures being up until Feb 4 is weather dependent and unfortunately they are down for the 2024 season now due above seasonal temperatures.

Try fat biking for free in Banff at the Snow Playzone during Snow Days. The playzone is open on weekends during the day, but only from 3 p.m. on weekdays
Take a drive up Mount Norquay for some gorgeous views. Maybe you don't have time or funds to do the gondola ride up Sulphur Mountain. These views are a great alternative option
I love making a stop at the local waterfall in Banff. Bow Falls was frozen over in January but it's still a beautiful fun area to explore a bit. Only 4 minutes from downtown Banff.
