Baijiu is a trendy restaurant and cocktail bar in Edmonton's historic Mercer Building. Baijiu specializes in Asian inspired food that is meant to be shared with loved ones.
Baijiu is right. We enjoyed sharing their Asian inspired dishes. It's the best way to try more dishes. Rumor has it there is a secret speakeasy nearby too. We'll try to find it next time. This time, the guys were a little camera shy.
If your feeling adventurous why not let Baijiu's mixologists create a custom craft cocktail for you to enjoy. With the Top Bartender in Canada on Baijiu's payroll, you cocktail is sure to be delicious.
Bao is a type of steamed bun that is soft and fluffy. This one was filled with pork shoulder, pickled cabbage and soy mayo. It was also our favourite dish of the night, sure to satisfy any foodie's palate.
With one of the most extensive bars in Edmonton, the mixologists at Baijiu can craft any cocktail you like. These ones are the Baijiu Barbie, The Last Days in Vietnam and the Osaka Old Fashioned.
Bundok's craft cocktail choices for the evening were the Victoria en Viollete made with Empress Gin and the Queen of Want made with St. Remy VSOP, St. George Gin, Disaronono and more.
