The Bulgy the Whale ride, originally designed in 1948, was among the first children's rides operated by West Coast Amusements. It consists of eight whale-shaped vehicles that rotate in a carousel motion. The ride has been updated over time with changes such as new paint schemes to resemble fish and additional themed elements. Several units are still in operation today, including this one at West Coast Amusements at Mayfair Mall in Victoria, BC.
