Our second KOA stay as at the Thunder Bay KOA Holiday, Ontario. Located just outside of Thunder Bay, this KOA offered the unique experience of a beautiful view of Sleeping Giant. Owned and operated by the same family for the past 20+ years, this campground is equipped with endless activities and features, pools, splash pads, sports of all sorts... even new washroom facilities. The owners were very friendly and offered an extremely well-stocked camp store. Located on the Trans-Canada Highway 11/17 it was well located and easy to find.
