Alberta has a vast amount of provincial parks spread across the province. Located east of Jasper, Alberta, we stumbled across Obed Lake Provincial Park, a 5-site campground with sites nestled in among the woods adjacent to a beautiful freshwater lake. Amenities are limited to onsite latrines, but the isolation and lake access more than make up for the limited washroom facilities. This was one of our favourite stops.
