The Re-enactment of the Battle of Stoney Creek 2025 will be held on Saturday, June 7th, and Sunday, June 8th, at Battlefield Park in Stoney Creek, Ontario, Canada.
Experience a pivotal moment in Canadian history at the 2025 Re-enactment of the Battle of Stoney Creek, hosted by Battlefield House Museum & Park, a designated National Historic Site. This free, family-friendly event offers an immersive journey into the War of 1812, commemorating the significant battle on June 6, 1813, where British forces secured a crucial victory over American troops. Battle Re-enactments: Witness dramatic recreations of the historic battle on Saturday at 3:30 pm and 8:30 pm and on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Drone Light Show: Experience a new addition this year—a drone light show on Saturday evening, depicting the site's history and honoring Indigenous contributions through the "Eagles Among Us" sculpture. Engage with Indigenous culture through a narrated 'Great Peace Game' of Haudenosaunee Lacrosse prior to each battle re-enactment on Saturday, along with traditional dances and storytelling. Explore 19th-century life with demonstrations of cooking, blacksmithing, dancing, and more.
