Join us as we spread our theatrical wings: the Claresholm Arts Society is presenting their first play, Blithe Spirit! We are well known for our Musicals. The cast has been hard at work rehearsing under the direction of Isabella DeDominicis. So many lines, so many laughs... you won't want to miss it!
Seeking background material for a novel he is writing, Charles Condomine invites medium Madame Arcati to his home to conduct a séance. Skeptical, Charles, his wife Ruth and their guests, George and Violet Bradman, witness her mystic work, while also restraining themselves from laughing. Soon after, Charles finds himself in a tough predicament when he discovers the spirit of his first wife has returned. Join us for all of the fun that follows!
There are only four shows, with Friday night being our first dinner theatre (Prime Rib!!) so tickets will sell fast. Thank you for supporting the arts in Claresholm!

The Claresholm Arts Society was formed in 2013 to create awareness, increase participation, build relationships and facilitate opportunities for the talent that abounds in our community. Our registered nonprofit organization has produced musical theatre productions including FAME, Little Shop of Horrors, Willy Wonka, Back to the 80s, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and Beauty & The Beast. We have hosted numerous student and community art shows. Our annual quilt show takes place in May and we hold community movie nights throughout the year. We are a proud past member of artsVest Alberta and have partnered with local businesses for arts projects including a graffiti mural.
