I have been going to this festival since the mid 80's. I have missed a few years after moving away, but the Winona Peach Festival is a fantastic reason to get home to Ontario again. Tons of arts and crafts vendors, businesses, delicious food, peach sundaes, a midway, live music and so much more! Located in Winona Park, which is now considered a part of Hamilton in southern Ontario Canada

The little community of Winona is teeming with entrepreneurs during the last weekend of August. From these adorable lemonade stands to the yard sales and the local parking, everyone is busy making sales or collecting for charities.

I remember riding the ponies at the Winona Peach Festival as a small child. They really get through the lines quickly and the kids are not waiting long, as there are many ponies ready to go

I asked a few weeks ahead if there was an age limit for the pony rides, as anywhere in Alberta is typically 3+. I was happy to hear our 2.5 year old adventure seeker could ride the ponies at the Winona Peach Festival in Ontario

Little seeker has been showing a lot of interest in horses and ponies for the last few months. She was very excited to see the pony rides at the Winona Peach Festival. It's wonderful that they allow the young kids to ride as well.
