Elkwater Lake in Cypress Hills Alberta Canada
One of my new favourite places to explore! A nice 3 hour road trip from Calgary, to meet some friends coming from Saskatchewan, lead us here to the "halfway" mark. What a beautiful area and so fun!

We caught at least 10 within an hour and I was able to shake the hook out of most of their mouths without touching them. This guy required the mouth spreaders to retrieve the hook. These fish have big sharp teeth, mouth speaders are very handy...
