Vernon Winter Carnival and Kari Garis brought Vernon a holiday light-up after fears of the event possibly not happening this year! Spirit Square (Vernon City Hall park) was lit up for the holiday season with a fun-filled event for the whole family! From Light dancers, food trucks, live caroling, fun photo-ops, and more, it was a night to remember!
