The Village of Kaslo, B.C. is located on the West side of Kootenay Lake and has a population of just over 1000 residents. This small Village is home to is home to two Canadian National Historic Sites, The SS Moyie, which worked on Kootenay Lake from 1889 to 1957 and The Village Hall, built in 1898. You can visit both of these historic attractions May to October in Kaslo along with great dining and fantastic outdoor activities.
