Rastafest Reggae Music festival returns to Little Jamaica from August 15th, 2022 to August 21st, 2022.

Entitled, Rastafest Up on Eglinton – Then and Now, the festival consists of live performances, stage plays, spoken word, drumming, dance, farmers market, ital(vegan) food demonstration, sidewalk sale, readings, lectures and presentations on the Rastafari/Reggae cultures; screening of the short film, Up On Eglinton based on the stage play, Up On Eglinton; screening of the documentary, Rastafest: The Little Festival That Grew; arts/craft exhibition depicting Rastafari/Reggae cultures, and solo performances/arts exhibition at the subways located in Little Jamaica. During the Rastafest week there will be daily tours to Little Jamaica and live broadcast on www.rastafest.tv and www.eglintontv.com. During the week there will be reggae tree planting and installation of reggae benches in Little Jamaica in recognition of the Reggae presence in Toronto for the past 50 years.
