Explore the Crowsnest Pass in Alberta Canada
Experience the beauty of the Crowsnest Pass! Along the southern portion of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, the Crowsnest Pass is found along Hwy 3 aka Crowsnest Hwy. In the south west pocket of the province, bumping up to the British Columbia border along the way to Fernie.
Explore endless trails, amazing camping opportunities, fantastic restaurants and bakeries. This area is teeming with history from the coal mining days and so much more. You'll find many waterfalls down this way if you go searching.
Shop the many stores in the communities that make up the Crowsnest Pass- Blairmore, Frank, Hillcrest, Bellevue and Coleman. Coleman is a National Historic site of Canada, while Leitch Colleries is a great Provincial Historic site to experience.
Take a tour and learn about Frank's Slide, head into an old mine in Bellevue. Go for a swim and have some fun on the waterside in Blairmore.
