These sunfish are worm stealers, but fun to catch all day long. My friend made some custom little grub lures, and these guys were loving them.

Growing up I spent countless hours fishing this area of Ontario. It was a blast to come back and just enjoy the little panfish in this area, as well as the bass. Alberta lacks the fun little guys, except perch, Alberta does have perch.

We used to spend a day catching these, to then go out the next day using these as bait to hopefully catch some muskie. Work like a charm.

It's always a good laugh when you hook up to one of these guys. Rock bass hit like a brick and fight like they're 10x the size. Yet, they're so tiny

There is nothing quite like relaxing in the Kawarthas in Ontarios cottage country on a beautiful summer day. So glad to be able to share this with the littlest seeker. She seemed to be loving it as much as me, if not more.

Fishing and paddleboating our way up the Crowe river until we reached the small rapids under a bridge. The paddleboat was not meant for that so we started our drift back down stream
