Trans Canada Trail from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean

By Sonya Richmond in Canada 813 views 4th Jan, 2023 Video Duration: N/A   Canada
On our #Hike4Birds across Canada on the 28,000 km long Trans Canada Trail we hiked over 13,716 km in 556 days from Cape Spear, Newfoundland to Victoria, British Columbia. From the Fundy Footpath and East Coast Trails in the Maritimes, to the urban Waterfront Trail around the Great Lakes, the Crow Wing Pilgrimage Route in Manitoba, the Ironhorse ATV Trail in Alberta, and the Kettle Valley Rail Trail cycling route in BC, this is the story our walk.

  • The Trans Canada Trail is amazing, and it's something to be proud of, but many Canadians are unaware of it. We're doing our best to fix that!
