For those who enjoy history, a shuttle bus tour with a local historian will begin at the museum to take you to the former site of the Bishopric salt plant, the former site of the RCAF No. 2 Bombing & Gunnery School, and the Ardill Hotel.

The Nanton United Church Farmers’ Market is conveniently on Saturdays from 9 am-1 pm runnung all summer - June 18 to October 1
Located in the United Church parking lot on Highway 2 south. If you’re on Highway 2 north, turn left or park at the Fresh Mart across from the grain elevators.

The Farmers’ Market is populated with vendors selling homemade or home grown products: fresh produce, jams, artisanal products, and more.
