The Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel and Halo Bistro Bar are celebrating all things gin this January with their GINuary festival and events.

At the date night - Gin Cocktail Mixology Masterclass both you and your date will receive a welcome cocktail and presentation on how to prepare it followed by tasting/crafting three other cocktails. As a take home, each couple will have the opportunity to master the skills needed to make these cocktails and will receive the recipes so that you can recreate the drinks at home.

There are two classes happening from 6:30 - 8:30pm and 8:30 - 10:00pm.
Each class has a maximum of five couples.
Price $29 per couple

It’s an evening of scotch, wines, spirits, local and international beers and a selection of delicious tapas and après snacks.
The event kicks off at 6 p.m. in the Forest Park Hotel Ballroom. Tickets are $60, with $6 from every ticket donated to the Jasper Yellowhead Museum.
