Spring Tonic Maple Syrup Festival 2024 is on Saturday, April 6th, and Sunday, April 7th at the Tiffin Conservation Area in Utopia, Ontario, Canada.

At the Spring Tonic Maple Syrup Festival, you’ll see historical re-enactments of Canada’s early history, tap maple trees, and watch the sap transformed into beautiful golden maple syrup.
Enjoy maple syrup sweetness on pancakes with sausage, as well as shop for maple candy, syrup, and souvenirs.
The kids can have their faces painted, have fun making crafts, build a birdhouse, enjoy a horse-drawn wagon, and explore how Indigenous people and Pioneers made maple syrup.
See and learn about exotic animals at the Zoo to You animal show.
Pet them too
Hop on a horse-drawn wagon ride ($3 per person, cash only)
Dance to music performed by local musicians
Check out the Sugar Shack to learn how maple syrup is made
Tap a tree! Learn how with Tiffin’s Environmental Educators
Hike through Tiffin Conservation Area’s scenic trails

Easy to get to:
10 minutes west of Barrie, 4 km south of Highway 90.
From the City of Barrie or Highway 400, drive west on County Rd. 90 (Dunlop St. towards Angus) to the 8th Line of Essa. Turn left (south) and travel 4 km to the entranceway on your left.
