See how the sap is collected from hundreds of sugar maple trees, collected and boiled into yummy maple syrup.
On the self-guided tour, you can visit the modern evaporator, and enjoy activities and horse-drawn wagon rides.

I am getting a big maple syrup craving. We use to have it on Tourtière: A French-Canadian Meat Pie. Mom made the best meat pie ever.
