2023 Heritage Acres Harvest Fall Fair Saanichton BC

A fun filled family day out at Heritage Acres!

Adults: $5.00 per person, Kids under 12 FREE

* Watch demonstrations of Threshing, Blacksmithing, Woodworking
* Watch the Steam Engines and Tractors in action
* Ride the People Mover (This sounds like Disney!)
* Check out the newly refurbished Sawmill
* Visit the Chapel, Pioneer Log House, The Michell Museum, Newman Boat House, 1913 Saanichton
School House, Hatch Streetcar barn, and the 1859 prefabricated Moody House
* Watch a demonstration of fiber preparation by "Flax to Linen Victoria"
* Make a corn husk doll
* Pump some water at the pump station or play games and colour
* Find "Peanut" the life size horse (not a real horse!)
* Food prepared at the Pantry by Island Culinary Services
* Savoury and sweet crepes from the Country Crepes food truck
* Steamed corn on the cob from Michell Farms
* Live music by "Cahoots" with special guests aka "Side by Side" in the picnic area 12 to 3 pm
* Ride the model trains operated by the Vancouver Island Model Engineers
