For three days in August, the Waskesiu Lake community hosts the Waskesiu Lakeside Music Festival. Come enjoy the many family-friendly activities and experience live music, paddling demonstrations, food vendors, interactive programs, and a wonderful pancake breakfast.
Located within breathtaking Prince Albert National Park, the community of Waskesiu Lake is the perfect location to relax and enjoy a weekend of music and fun.
In the community of Waskesiu Lake, you will find all the amenities of a small town in the beauty of the boreal forest.
Here you will find a number of accommodations, restaurants, retailers, campsites, and trails that are within walking distance of the festival site.
Beyond the townsite, explore the nearly 4,000 square kilometers that makeup Prince Albert National Park. There is over 130km of trails you can hike or bike, rent watercraft to explore the vast lakes and rivers, or relax and just soak up the sun at one of the gorgeous sandy beaches.
