The Middle Lake Trail is a short, easy 2 km loop around a kettle pond in Kananaskis Country Alberta. The path is easy to follow and not strenuous at all, wandering through the forest and passed a beautiful meadow with amazing mountain views. The ponds water levels vary throughout the year. This fall, the pond is quite low, but the still water made for lovely water reflections with the fall colours coming in. Bow Valley Provincial Park is a beautiful area to explore the fall foliage of Alberta Canada.
