I often times find garbage on and around our bear proof garbage bins in Canada. That kind of defeats the whole purpose of keeping our bears safe.

Here is a short video showing that you use your fingers to PUSH UP on the lock latch under the handle. 

If it's full, or you cannot open it, just take your garbage with you please!
