Exploring Cochrane, Alberta, and the Ambassador Spring 2023 Ju-Jitsu Tournament.

Cochrane, Alberta is a scenic town just 40 minutes west of Calgary. Spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains and a lovely historic downtown to explore. Cochrane also has endless trails along the Bow River you can take a nice walk on. Take a drive up any of the hills in Cochrane for breathtaking views of the Rockies. Shop in Cochrane's historic and very cute downtown for a feel of the old west days. The town has great places to dine whether looking for fast food, pub eats, or fine dining, you will find in Cochrane.

The Ambassador Spring Ju-Jitsu Tournament took place at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre on Griffen Road, Cochrane. This huge recreational center hosts multiple sports and the Ambassador Spring tournament was well attended in the gym by both spectators and Ju-Jitsu competitors. My son, Brad from Rocky Mountain Ju-Jitsu had 4 tournament fights and won a Gold, 2 Silver & Bronze medals. A fun day had by all!
