Cary Horning reacted to this post about 3 years agoWinter hiking can be beautiful but unfortunately, it's not always accessible. With a lot of roads being Forest Service Roads with limited snow clearing, 4x4 or AWD is a must. Luckily there are 6 car-accessible winter hikes you can do in the North Okanagan!
1. Fintry Falls and Loop (Fintry Provincial Park and Protected Area)
2. Bluenose Mountain
3. Enderby Cliffs (Enderby Provincial Park)
4. Kalamalka Provincial Park
5. Ellison Provincial Park
6. Mount Rose Swanson Loop
Stay tuned for the blog.-
I've visited the Okanagan in summer and loved it, but never in the winter. It looks to beautiful!
