Your Maple Syrup Experience includes entry to the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario, all-you-can-eat pancakes and a side of bacon and sausage with award-winning Ontario pure maple syrup, and a walk on the sugar shack trail to the maple sugar shack to see maple syrup being made firsthand while tasting maple taffy over snow, maple sugar, sap, and syrup.
Begin your maple experience with a famous pancake breakfast/brunch inside the warm Horse Barn Canteen.
Follow that with a 10 – 15-minute sugarbush trail walk to enjoy the sugarbush experience. There you will visit the sugar shack, check sap buckets, and taste raw sap, partially cooked sap, maple sugar, and maple toffee over snow.
The Maple Sugar Shack is open from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
Return from the Sugar Bush to the Heritage Barn to visit the Maple Syrup Museum of Ontario and taste the Award-Winning Maple Syrup grades which are available for purchase along with maple products, locally sourced gifts, hot chocolate, and coffee.
Please remember to dress for spring and muddy conditions with proper footwear and bring what you need to enjoy yourself for the day!

Dance the night away to the tunes of local band, Smoking Aces, as they delight you with their mixture of blues, rhythm, and rock n roll.
Half Hitch Brewing Company will be onsite pouring cocktails through the ice chute bar and serving their full lineup of brews.
The Butchery Block will have beef on a bun and snacks for purchase.
