Event Description:	The annual Vernon IWNter Carnival best-decorated premise contest is back with this year's theme "games"! Businesses downtown and around Vernon compete in decorating their premises and windows, putting on performances, and wearing costumes for the title of "Best decorated." The Vernon Winter Carnival sends photographers and judges to judge the decor and will award titles in each business category, overall kinds of decorations, and an overall prize!
