Experience Backcountry Adventures in Merritt BC
Experience backcountry off-roading adventures in Merritt, BC. The Nicola Valley offers some of the most challenging off-roading for experienced or gentle rolling trails for beginners. Family time spent exploring the endless backroads in our Jeep Wrangler in all four seasons. Winter is one of my favourite times to adventure out into the mountainous backcountry surrounding Merritt. No traffic, no concrete, cell phones turned off, a picnic basket, camera ready, binoculars, a map or a JPS is a must. With over 200 lakes around Merritt, BC, many of the unnamed ones you may find on the high mountain ranges are pristine. For Backcountry adventures in the winter, make sure to pack your snowshoes, cross-country skis, toboggans or sleds. Summer months pack swimsuits, hiking gear, bug dope, and nourishments. Off-roading in the spring is remarkable, you could be wearing shorts in town, while just thirty minutes out on the backcountry trails, you may need snow pants. Each time we gas up our Jeep and adventure out into the backroads, 4x4 off-roading. It is always a different experience and memorable here in Merritt, BC. During the fall months, ideal for seeing a lot of wildlife and great for berry-picking. Nature, wildlife, swimming holes, falls, rock climbing, hidden caves, bird watching, gold panning, and just the beauty and how healthy it is for you. And not to mention it is right in our backyard. Experience backcountry off-roading adventures in Merritt BC. Calling all adventure seekers!
