First Nations Pow Wow Dancers at Wanuskewin Heritage Park
A local Indigenous family performed three different Pow Wow dances during the 2023 Nutrien Kona Winter Festival at the Wanuskewin Heritage Centre. The first dancer is a grade one girl, approximately 6 years of age. She performs a Jingle Dress dance. Next is her three year old sister performing a Fancy Dance. Lastly, their father performs his Pow Wow Dance.
