Godwin Farm Biodiversity Preserve Park in Surrey British Columbia Canada
The Godwin Farm Park is a 26 acre parcel of farm property that was donated to the City of Surrey in 2017. It contains many mature trees including some lovely Redwoods. There are open meadows, a creek, and a pond. The walking trails are well maintained and there are several benchs.
Because the park is now surrounded by housing, it seems like a wonderful oasis in the midst of streets and traffic.

My first visit here. I discovered it by accident a few weeks ago. Took a wrong turn and there it was.

Looks like a really lovely spot to find turtles, birds, and butterflies and just spend some quality time in nature. Beautiful!

Sonya Richmond Lots of bird sounds but I didn't have enough time to really spot various birds.
