Vernon Winter Carnival Celebration of Culture 2023
Vernon Winter Carnival 2023 held a new event for Vernon Winter Carnival, the celebration of culture. This event truly had it all! From vendors to cultural proformas to education about different cultural services and societies that are local! Held at the Vernon rec centre/pool gym it was a large event that was very well done!
I only stayed for 3 hrs but this event went on until 8:30 pm at night!
