This 4 KM hiking trail "Colombia Hills Loop" in Waterloo, ON is considered a moderately challenging route & takes around 1 h 15 min to complete. This is a popular area for hiking and running. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash.

Wawa

The main Cup and Saucer Trail leads hikers and sightseers to some jaw-dropping views from on top of limestone cliffs which form part of the Niagara Escarpment. The Cup and Saucer includes over 12 kilometres of hiking trails in total.

The Abitibi DeTroyes Waterway Provincial Park also includes part of the Black and Abitibi Rivers, as well as, 4 eskers. Besides canoeing, boating and fishing - the other activities enjoyed in the park include wilderness camping, birdwatching and wildlife sightings.

The Schumacher Lions Park is designed around a "mining" theme complete with mining interpretive signs, a miner's memorial and some mining artifacts. The green space park is a day use picnic area with picnic tables and a picnic shelter.
