Vermillion Park is a community wetland park situated on the banks of the Vermillion River in the heart of the community of Dauphin which is located on the western side of Manitoba, Canada in the Parkland Region.

The area of the river forming a big part of Vermillion Park is an oxbow. It is an area of the river which is referred to as "Dead Mans River" by the local population. An oxbow is a u-shaped bend in the river that is often cut off from the river. The bend is so sharp, in most cases, that it leaves a small sliver of land barely visible in the middle.

The park is a year round recreation destination highlighted by a 3 kilometre trail named the Vermillion River Walking Trail. The trail provides easy access to the wetland environment therefore providing some great wildlife and bird sightseeing opportunities.

The trail is a popular destination during the summer months for walking, biking, sightseeing and jogging. The recreation trail is also equipped with night lighting which makes it possible for night hikes and cross country skiing during the winter months.

Snowshoeing is also enjoyed when the ground is frozen and one can make their own trail exploring over the frozen ground in the wetland environment.

Vermillion Park also includes some services and amenities popular with travelers like a campground, sani dump, day use picnic area, sitting benches, playground and a wading pool.
