Marysville Falls Hiking Trail and Waterfall is an easy, short boardwalk walking path located in the Village of Marysville which is south of Kimberley, BC in the Kootenay region of British Columbia, Canada. The hiking trail is a casual walking destination leading to a viewpoint overlooking a 30 metre waterfall.

Marysville FallsThe Marysville Falls Trail is a short casual 10-15 minute walk to the waterfall viewpoints. The trail follows the banks of Mark Creek for most of the way and then begins climbing a ridge to a viewpoint looking out over the falls.

The boardwalk trail, although short, turns to a dirt path as you near the lookout. Some sections of the walking trail is fenced to prevent people from getting to close to the edge of the cliffs. It is important to note that the mist from the waterfall makes the trail very slippery at times.

Opposite the trailhead, across the street in Marysville, is a community Eco Park. The small park is dedicated to the return of the cutthroat trout to Mark Creek. The park includes picnic tables, information signs, flower gardens and a statue of a westslope cutthroat trout.

The Marysville Trail also connects to the easy 12 kilometre Mark Creek Nature Trail which, in turn, connects Marysville with the community of Kimberley. The Mark Creek Nature Trail is a 3-4 hour adventure crossing foot bridges while following the creek. Bikers, walkers, hikers and joggers use the trail.

In Kimberley the Mark Creek trailhead is located near the middle school field. Drive to the south end of the field and turn right on Mckenzie Street. Cross a footbridge and follow the creek to the Marsden Street Bridge. Cross bridge to Lions Way Trail and continue hiking to Marysville falls.
