Walking through the door of 94 Take the Cake is like walking into another world...a black and white colouring book type of world!

This Okotoks Alberta Café Attraction is located on a beautiful quiet street, 94 Elma Street West, in Okotoks Alberta. However, it is not your ordinary bakery. The Okotoks Cafe is straight out of a fairy tale colouring book. 94 Take the Cake Bakery is an attraction, a must stop location in southern Alberta offering all kinds of tasty treats and cakes for dine in or to-go.

This Okotoks Alberta café attraction specializes in CAKES. But most importantly, everything is delicious here! I had some company visiting and everyone tried something different. Everyone was smiling and stuffing their faces. Furthermore, the quality of the goodies is just that - quality. Everything is made from scratch and the selection changes daily. We had cookie sandwiches, macaroons, Nanaimo bars, coffee and more. 

There is even a Coffee Shop on site! 

Walk in the door of this colouring book Café and snag up your treats, then take a few steps further and you'll be at a beautiful Café counter. Recently renovated to include a showcase for the beautiful baked goods, you can order your food and proceed over to order your LOFT Coffee. Delicious coffee and luckily they sell it by the bag as well! You'll want to take some home with you after you try it!

Amazing service and friendly staff

I had heard of this Okotoks Alberta Café Attraction but never had an opportunity to check it out. Excitedly we walked up to the address via our GPS when we spotted the lovely patio. Seating for multiple groups this L shaped patio had many tables and chairs set up with social distancing in mind. Some tables offered shade and some did not. My group tucked in off to the side of the building under some trees and enjoyed the scenery. You'll even find black and white garden animals outside around the patio area. Above all a very quiet peaceful place to enjoy the beautiful weather. Inside offers about 6 tables for indoor dining where you feel like you're dining in a colouring book! The staff are quick and super friendly, willing to talk and answer any questions you may have. In addition they also offer fun classes and hands on learning sessions!

A must visit Alberta foodie destination 

 We highly recommend stopping by 94 Bakery and taking some time to enjoy the work that has gone into a place with such love and devotion as a result of a talented loving owner and devoted staff. It's been open for about 4 years now and has been the black and white colouring book style theme since January 2020. They have painted once already to switch it up and they plan to change the backgrounds about once a year to keep it fresh and new. Have a party coming up? Or just want a fancy cake for any reason or no reason at all! Call 94 Take the Cake and you won't be disappointed. Amazing quality and anything you can dream up can be made here! This is truly a Canada cafe attraction.
