Picnic at Henderson Lake Park
Henderson Lake Park has Picnic shelters both big & small, some are no cost first come first serve and the others can be booked May 1st to September 30th. Perfect for reunions, birthdays or family get togethers.
There is also plenty of beautiful mature trees throughout Henderson Lake Park with shady areas to relax under on a hot day.
Trails, Wildlife & Gardens
For the outdoor exercise enthusiasts there is a lovely 2.5 km trail around the lake and another 4.3 km trail around the perimeter of the park. Take a stroll and check out the local wildlife, and beautiful gardens.
Trails are for walking, running, roller blading for the most part. There are plenty of sightseeing benches as well in this Lethbridge Alberta park.
