Mundy Park is located in the community of Coquitlam, British Columbia, Canada. The 174 hectare (435 acre) Mundy Park is the largest green space park located in the Coquitlam and Port Coquitlam region.

To the locals, Mundy Park, is one of the better forested parks in the Lower Mainland. Not only is the park well treed - it includes two lakes, many amenities and a well maintained network of recreation trails.

Some of the activities enjoyed in the park include hiking, jogging, birdwatching, dog walking and biking. Dogs must be on a leash at all times when in the park unless otherwise posted.

Mundy Park is home to many species of wildlife. Bird sightings on the two lakes are common. Ducks, geese, loons and swans are often seen frolicking on the lakes. And elsewhere, throughout the park, there have also been some sightings of bears, raccoons and coyotes.

The main recreation trail in the park is a 4 kilometre perimeter loop trail connecting with the two lakes - Mundy and Lost Lakes. The lakes are considered sensitive habitat areas so dogs are not permitted on the trails near the lakes.

The two other major trails in Mundy Park dissect through the middle of the park. The Interlaken Trail (1km) travels in an east/west direction and the Waterline Trail (1km) travels in a north/south direction.

The trails in Mundy Park are paved with some gravel. Much of the trails are under the cover of trees so they are shaded from the sun - ideal for hot days. Along some sections of the trails are resting benches and near the lakes are some sightseeing benches and viewing areas.

The trails are considered easy going, level trails therefore suited for all ages and fitness levels. Some paved sections of the trails are wheelchair and baby stroller friendly.

The trails connect to many amenities in the park including sports fields, lacrosse box, outdoor pool, day use picnic area, playground, disc golf, information billboards, viewing areas and washrooms.
