Roche Lake Provincial Park is a rugged and remote nature park consisting of seven lakes on the Thompson Plateau located south of Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada. The wilderness park is measured at 2,041 hectares and is best explored along a series of very rough gravel roads.

Within the park boundaries there are seven lakes to fish. Each stocked with rainbow trout. Only a few of the fishing and camping lakes are accessed from the gravel roads. The others, mostly on the east side of the park, are accessed from rough hiking trails ike the John Frank, Bulman, and Ernest Lakes.

Wilderness camping is provided on Roche (29 campsites) and Horseshoe ( 4 campsites) Lakes. Both accessed by gravel roads. Be aware that some sections of the gravel road can be rough with deep holes and exposed tree roots... and that the entrance to some campsites is very tricky with lots of opportunities to get stuck.

Wildlife in the Roche Lake Provincial Park  can be heard during the night like crickets and loons and during the day one might catch a glimpse of a moose, deer and/or Black Bear and some birds like the mallard, vesper sparrow, loon and mountain bluebirds.

Roche Lake Provincial Park is a very popular year round recreation destination for many outdoor activities since it was established in 1996. In the summer the park entertains the fishing, canoeing, kayaking, camping, birdwatching, mountain biking, horseback riding, rock climbing, hiking and boating enthusiasts. In the winter the park is covered in snow attracting the snowshoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and cross country skiing adventurers.
