Created in 1967 to mark the 100th year of Canadian Confederation, Centennial Park stretches from Main Street East to the base of the Niagara Escarpment. Enjoy some lunch in the picnic shelter, play some sports in the open greenspace or one of three baseball diamonds, stroll along the winding creek, or take a moment to stop and smell the flowers in the rose garden. A provincial plaque recognizes the park's history as a native burial site for the Neutral Indians.
