Dungeon Provincial Park is a large sinkhole with two sea caves, "holes in the wall", carved out by the waves and winds of time. One can observe them from lookouts and then take some time to wander along the cliffs enjoying the stunning views. There is also a 2 kilometre hiking trail which crosses a sheep pasture before it also connects to the shoreline cliffs along Bonavista Bay.
Dungeon Provincial Park adventures, and activities most enjoyed includes sightseeing, and hiking.
Because it is a photo moment to see what wind and waves can create over time along our Canadian coasts. If you are ever going to see a sea cave why not see two and you do not even have to get wet to see them.
The more important, some would say only, features, amenities, services located in and around the Dungeon Provincial Park includes a walking path, lookouts, information signs, sightseeing benches and parking.
