The Tablelands is an anomily as we know it, as it is a section of Newfoundland made from the Earth's mantle. When the continents collided it created the Appalachian Mountain Range. Back in the day it was called Pangea.

However, each adventure destination enjoys their own private sandy beach. Steve's Cove has a set of wooden stairs leading hikers down to the sandy beach. On the far end of the beach is a rocky cove and a waterfall worthy of your attention.
