Blow Me Down Provincial Park is situated on a peninsula on the shores of the Lark and York Harbours looking out at the Blow Me Down Mountains while overlooking the Bay of Islands and Wood Island.

Because it enables visitors a chance to swear and sweat while climbing a whole bunch of stairs up a mountain to a lookout point which provides some great views of the "Bay of Islands". OK... maybe not swear.
