Barachois Pond Provincial Park is the most popular provincial park in Western Newfoundland measuring 3500 hectares. The main features of the park are Erin Mountain and Barachois Lake. The forested and rolling uplands park is a popular adventure destination in Newfoundland, Canada.

Because it is an "overnighter" destination so to make some time for a 2 kilometre day hike up to the lookout on Erin Mountain, and then take a dip in Barachois Lake to cool off after. Finish with a campfire and good times will follow.
