Enjoy free refreshments to warm you up \nbefore experiencing a dynamic performance at 7:00 PM by Aanmitaagzi, \na renowned community-based Indigenous performing group celebrated for their captivating and culturally rich presentations.\n\nTours Offered Throughout the Festival:\nJoin us for a guided walking tour led by Artist, Colin Davis, offering unique insights and in-depth information about each artwork. Day and night tours feature slightly different experiences. Drop in, grab a seat by the \nbonfire, and enjoy an evening of contemplative soundscapes. Perfect for a cozy, reflective moment under the stars.\n\n8:00 PM – Ice Shift/Elevations Performance by Hyperboreal\nWitness Ice Shift/Elevations, an hour-long performance on the ice that blends electronic soundscapes, video projections, and interactive elements.\n\nIce Follies Community Choir\nFamily Day, February 17, 2025 at 2 pm\nShabogesic Beach (Memorial Drive, North Bay)\nBack by popular demand, on Family Day we will be hosting a free-to-participate community choir amidst the artworks, facilitated by our friends, \nLindsay Sullivan and Rose Erin Stokes. All are invited to join and sing along or listen!\n\nAanmitaagzi Drumming and Dancing\nFamily Day, February 17, 2025 from Noon – 3 pm\nShabogesic Beach (Memorial Drive, North Bay)\nAanmitaagzi will be on-site during Family Day, activating their area with drumming and dancing! All are invited to come out and participate.\n\nFrozen Frames: An Ice Follies Retrospective\nPhoto Documentation by Liz Lott\nFebruary 7th – March 8th, 2025\nWKP Kennedy Gallery (150 Main St E, North Bay)\nPresented in partnership with the WKP Kennedy Gallery, this exhibit celebrates two decades of art on ice, showcasing one stunning photograph for every participating artist since the festival’s inception in 2004. Liz Lott’s breathtaking images highlight the innovative installations and performances that have transformed Lake Nipissing into a vibrant canvas of creativity.\n\nVisit the WKP Kennedy Gallery from February 7th to March 8th, 2025, and experience the magic of Ice Follies through Liz’s lens!\n\nDress warmly and wear good footwear as the ice can be slippery.\n\n\n
