Dinner Bay Park and the Japanese Gardens are located on the western shores of Mayne Island, BC Canada. Mayne Island is part of the Gulf Islands Group on the west coast of British Columbia.

The park and gardens are located just south of the Village Bay BC Ferry Terminal. Dinner Bay is a family park and the Japanese Gardens are home to floral colors, scents and outdoor art.

Dinner Park is a playground and picnic park with large grass lawns, access to a a swimming beach, a picnic shelter, flush toilets, a baseball diamond and a boat launch (small boats only). The park is one of the main gathering spots and event locations on Mayne Island.

The park grounds were initially a farm and orchard. It was once a pioneer homestead for the first settlers. In 2002 a flower garden was dedicated to the early Japanese settlers who were left to settle on Mayne Island. Today the gardens include flora and fauna of all types and is maintained by a group of island locals.

The gardens include some walking paths. The walkways are lined with sitting benches and lead to a small shelter, a waterfall, statues and a pond. Keeping with Japanese tradition the gardens are decorated with bamboo and stone.
